Margaret Gidman - RIP

Dear All

I have just taken a call from Terry Gidman to tell Jenny and I that Margaret sadly lost her battle with cancer and passed away on Saturday morning. Just over 9 weeks since her diagnosis. Her condition deteriorated rapidly, she had been admitted into hospital and the plan was to transfer her to a Hospice.

Terry is of course busy with all the necessary arrangements and informing friends, colleagues and family. He is going to let us know the funeral details which I will circulate.

She was a lovely lady and contributed much to our Association, especially during the Airey Fairey days, she will be sadly missed. The Association meant a lot to her, and to Terry of course, and they were so touched when they received your caring messages and cards.

Update: 31/05/2018

Friday 8th June

12 noon – Our Lady and St Michael's Church, Crown Rise, Garston, Watford WD25 0NE

13.00 – Burial at North Watford Cemetery
